2nd SET Annual Seminar 9 July 2019

The SET group held their second Annual Group Seminar on 9th July, 2019. It was attended by staff and students who gave presentations and posters showing their current research work. The group was honoured to welcome Dr Ivona Mitrovic from University of Liverpool University and Dr Tsung-Yeh Yang from Hitachi Cambridge Laboratory to share their research on nanometre scale oxide films for device applications and quantum information processing in Si transistors. Prizes for best talk was awarded to Peter Shaw and James Byers while Omesh Kapur and Joshua Akrofi received best poster prizes.
